| 摘 要： | 开放存取期刊(OAJ)是未来期刊的发展方向,在其十几年的发展历程中科学界、出版界对其形成了一些传统认知,但由于学术生态环境的变化和地域的不同,OAJ又出现了一些有违传统认知的情况。在介绍对OAJ的传统认知基础上,提出了一些对OAJ的辩证认知与思考,并相应探讨可资借鉴的方法,有助于OAJ在我国的发展。

| Abstract: | Open access journals （OAJ） are the future development trend of periodicals.Over the last more than one decade,a traditional cognition has been formed in the field of science and publishing.However,the academic environment changes and regional differences give rise to some changes as opposed to traditional cognition.This paper introduces some ideas on tradi-tional cognition and presents some dialectical cognition and thoughts on OAJ.Some approaches to advancing the development of OAJ in China are also discussed. |
