全日制专业学位研究生培养与特色学科建设的互动机制研究——以南京工程学院机械工程领域为例

摘    要:南京工程学院机械工程领域全日制专业学位研究生开展的"服务国家特殊需求人才培养项目"试点工作具有其基本思路、具体举措和建设成效。结合当前研究生教育综合改革形势和需求导向,提出要将研究生培养与特色学科建设进行良性互动的机制,初步形成了适应试点高校专业学位研究生教育和特色学科建设的创新体系,对项目试点工作的开展有实际指导意义。

Abstract:This paper describes the basic ideas,specific measures and achievements of“National Special Talents Training Pro-gram”carried out in full-time specialty postgraduates in mechanics and engineering at Nanjing Institute of Technology.Based on the present comprehensive reform of postgraduate education,this paper proposes a mechanism in which postgraduate train-ing can interact with specialty discipline construction and demands are highlighted.This is a new system,catered for specialty postgraduate training and characteristic discipline construction at pilot colleges and universities.This system is thus practically instrumental for carrying out such pilot projects.
