新时期高校师德建设的路径探析

师德是教师素质的核心。新时期,高校师德建设工程应以"培育敬业精神、提高育人水平、塑造师德风范"为根本宗旨。目前高校在师德建设的制度和相关举措等方面存在着诸多不健全的地方;高校普遍存在重教学业绩评价、轻师德评价的状况;高校对师德的建设尚停留在理论研究,缺乏对师德建设的长效、动力机制方面的研究。高校师德建设是一个重要而复杂的系统工程,既要重视教师的思想政治教育,提高对师德的认识,又要从制度上加以约束和制约。建立和完善符合校情的师德考核制度、评价标准、奖惩制度等制度体系,是高校加强师德建设、形成良好师德师风的主要路径。

Routes for University Teachers' Morality Construction in New Era

Teachers＇ Morality is the core of teachers＇ quality. In the new era, university teachers＇ morality construction should aim at fostering dedication spirit, promoting level of developing talents, and shaping atmosphere for teachers＇ morality. Currently university teachers＇ morality construction are flawed in systern and measures by the common practice of emphasizing teaching performance while overlooking teachers＇ morality evaluation, by the superficial theoretical research of university teachers＇ morality, by the absence of research in long effective motive mechanism. University teachers＇ morality construction, a com- plex and important systematic project, should be conducted by emphasizing teachers＇ ideological and polit- ical education, improving their recognition of teachers＇ morality, and restraining the teachers in system.The main route to strengthen university teachers＇ morality construction is to build and improve the system of examination, evaluation, and rewards and penalties in correspondence with a university＇s realistic situations.
