| 摘 要： | 利用主成分分析法和多元回归分析法研究重庆市城镇化的动力机制，认为影响重庆市城镇化水平高低的关键要素是第二产业，第三产业将是城镇化的后续动力。分析还表明，第二产业和第三产业GDP对城镇化的贡献还不够，对重庆市城镇化进程存在一定的制约；在长时期中，人均固定资产投资的快速持续增长将是提高重庆市城镇化水平的重要因素；第二产业劳动力比重的提高对重庆市城镇化水平的提高具有至关重要的作用；第三产业所占GDP比重的提高对重庆市城镇化水平提高的拉动作用较明显。

| Abstract: | The principle components analysis method and pluralistic regression analysis method are used to analyze the driven mechanism of urbanization of Chongqing. Then it is concluded that the second and third industries are the key factors influencing the evolution of urbanization of Chongqing. The result of the analysis also demonstrates that the effects of GDP of the second and third industries have restrained the urbanization of Chongqing to some degrees. The subsidiaries from those parts are not strong enough. In the long run, the persistent and rapid increase of fixed assets investment plays an important role in the evolution of urbanization of Chongqing. The proportion of labors who work for the second industry and the proportion of GDP of the third industry are also the key factors influencing the evolution of urbanization of Chongqing. |
