摘    要:该文针对当前高等教育的重大变革形势,分析了当代青年的特点。结合实际工作经验,文章从青年大学生的成才、高校素质教育体系的建设、高校素质教育队伍三个方面阐述了高等教育要以素质教育为根本,以青年学生为主体,不断完善第二课堂体系来拓展学生的综合素质。

Abstract:Aiming at the current situation of higher education reform, the authors analyze the characteristics of the contemporary youth. Combining the practical experience, the paper expounds that the higher education should be based on the quality education and students themselves from following aspects: the progress of college students, construction of qulity education system and qulity education staff. Colleges and universities should strengthen the second class system to expand the students' synthetical quality.
