城市交通领域中的系统工程

摘    要:系统工程是以大型复杂系统为研究对象,按一定目的进行设计、开发、管理与控制,以期达到总体效果最优的理论和方法。近年来,随着对系统工程认识的深化及系统工程本身的丰富和发展,系统工程理论巳广泛深入到城市交通规划、建设、管理和评价的各个方面,并极大地推动了城市交通理论和实践的发展。系统工程的理论、技术及方法已成为人们认识和解决交通问题的重要理论基础和工具。

Abstract:Systems engineering, taking large and complicated systems as object of research, is a set of theory and approaches that setsa certain target for designing, developing, managing and controlling so as to achieve optimized result. In recent years, with deeper understanding of systems engineering as well as the enrichment and development of the systems engineering itself, systems engineering has been applied widely in fields of urban traffic planning, construction, administration and appraisal and become a strong driving force in the development of urban traffic theory and practice. Systems engineering, together with its theory, techniques and approaches, has become an important theory and tool in helping to identify and solve traffic problems.
