陕西省绿色全要素生产率变动及影响因素研究

以陕西省为研究对象,利用包含非合意产出的超效率SBM模型核算了陕西省1981-2012年包含能源消费、环境污染的绿色TFP,发现陕西绿色TFP总体为增长趋势,表明陕西32年来转变经济发展方式的道路值得借鉴,且西部大开发确实对提高陕西省绿色TFP和转变经济发展方式有帮助;并基于VAR模型,从长期协整与动态脉冲两个角度对影响陕西绿色TFP的因素进行了研究,结果表明:产业结构和市场化程度对绿色TFP有持续的促进作用,能源消费结构、对外开放程度和政府干预程度对绿色TFP有明显的阻碍作用。

The Study on the Trend and Factors of Green Total Factor Productivity in Shaanxi

In the paper,we take Shaanxi Province,a typical province in western region,which urgently need to change the growth model,as the research object.Based on the supper efficiency slackbased measure including undesirable output,the paper calculates the green total factor productivity of Shaanxi Province under the dual constraints of energy and environment from 1981to 2012.Green TFP of Shaanxi generally indicates growth movement,which shows the 32years＇ transformation road of growth model in Shaanxi Province is worth learning.Moreover,the West Development does be beneficial to raise Green TFP and change the growth model of Shaanxi.Then the paper introduces co-integration analysis and impuse response into influencing factors analysis of Green TFP in Shaanxi on the base of VAR model from both the long term and dynamic perspectives.The results indicate the industrial structure and the marketization level have a continuously positive impact on Green TFP,while energy consumption structure,the level of opening up and government intervention have a obviously negative impact on it.
