| 摘 要： | 受地理位置和地区经济发展的制约，经济欠发达地区高校毕业生的就业形势相当严峻，在很大程度上限制了毕业生的择业范围和就业层次，就业成了影响这些高校发展的一个重要因素。本文通过对经济欠发达地区高校毕业生择业的价值取向的调查分析，提出加强就业指导，拓宽信息渠道等搞好毕业生就业工作的对策。
