论高校图书馆与大学生信息素养教育

培养大学生的信息素养能力是图书馆履行信息和教育职能的具体体现。信息素养教育的目的就是要提高大学生的信息意识、信息道德和信息能力。当前我国大学生信息素养普遍偏低,具体表现在:信息意识淡薄、信息能力较差、信息超载综合症以及信息道德缺乏。高校图书馆可以通过开设文检课、应用现代信息技术及参照外国经验等途径,建立我国高校信息素养教育理论体系和行之有效的教育教学模式。

The training of college students' Information literacy is the particular embodiment of the functions of information and education played by college libraries. The aim of Information literacy is to boost college students' information consciousness and information morality and information capability. Currently, the information literacy of our college students is on the lower side, and this finds expression in such aspects as a flagging information consciousness, a poor information capability, the information overload syndrome and lack of information morality. An information literacy education system can be established and an effective educational pattern can be formed by way of offering a course of Information Retrieval and applying modern information technology and consulting the experience of other countries.
