| 摘 要： | 作为面向全校文、理科学生的公选课,必须满足不同专业学生对不同知识面的需求。以《石材概论》课为例讨论了公选课教学改革的一些途径：采用多媒体教学课件,将实践教学环节引入公选课,改进教学方式,丰富学生的知识面等。

| Abstract: | Public elective courses are open to students of both arts and science and therefore must meet the demand of students of various programs for a wide range of knowledge.The paper takes Introduction to Stones for example and discusses some approaches to reforming public elective courses such as using multimedia course-software,introducing practical teaching links to public elective courses. |
