| 摘 要： | 竞技健美操在中国起步较晚,但近几年发展比较迅速,在近几届世界健美操锦标赛中,中国竞技健美操队显示了自己的实力。竞技健美操技术性和艺术性要求较高,规则变化相对频繁。运用文献资料法、现场观摩、实况录像等方法,对2001-2008年国际体操联合会新旧健美操规则进行比较分析,探讨我国竞技健美操的发展趋势,提高我国健美操运动的竞技水平。

| Abstract: | Late as the start was,athletic aerobics has demonstrated a rapid development in recent years in China.At recent world sports aerobics championships,Chinese teams of athletic aerobics have shown their own levels.Athletic aerobics are faced with high technical and artistic demands,and its rules change frequently.In this paper,by means of documentary data method,on-the-spot observation,video play-out,the new competition rules and old ones of International Gymnastics Federation from 2001 to 2008 are compared and analyzed.The developmental tendency of Chinese athletic aerobics is also discussed in order to improve Chinese athletic aerobics level. |
