| Abstract: | Based on the general atatus of rural labor force transfer in Fujian and the analysis of the scale of rural labor force and its distribution in different trades, the migration of labor population of the right age,the major ways of the rural labor force transfer in Fujian,the intension and characteristics of rural labor force transfer entering the speeding-up period and its great significance to promote rural economic development and increase farmers' income are dealt with. |
