| Abstract: | With the globalization of information, network is increasingly showing its superiority as a rapid, well-informed and multi-functional tool. Meanwhile people are getting better in studying and mastering it day by day. On one hand, network has undoubtedly broadened our horizon and made the whole world a small "global village". On the other hand, we should attach importance to the impact,especially the impact on the present ideological and political education in institutes of higher learning. |
