论高等教育质量及保障体系的构建

随着我国高等教育进入大众化阶段,高等教育质量问题越来越引起人们的关注,即如何理解精英型高等教育与大众型高等教育并存条件下的高等教育质量。本文针对精英型高等教育质量和大众型高等教育质量,提出了两种不同的高等教育质量标准,即精英型高等教育质量标准和大众型高等教育质量标准,并提出了保障高等教育质量体系的构想。

As the higher education in China has become a mass education, the quality of higher education a-rouses the concern of more and more people,namely, How to comprehend the quality of higher education under the circumstances of elitist education and mass education. According to elitist education and mass education , the paper proposes the quality standard of higher education - - the quality standards of elitist education and mass education , and the construction of ensuring the quality system in higher education.
