| 摘 要： | 从工程项目合同体系的层次结构出发,提出了将工程项目风险管理与目标管理集成的管理思路.构建了以工程项目目标为导向,由定性分析、定量分析和边际分析组成的风险管理收益的平衡分析方法,详细探讨了风险管理收益的平衡分析过程及进一步的决策过程.
