| 摘 要： | 现代科学技术发展依赖于合理的科学技术文化元素的构建。科技文化的基本元素具有举足轻重的功能:科学理性对科学技术发展有固本强根之力;人文特质调适事实和虚幻的合理间距,既能把科学技术人员从教条枷锁中解放出来,又利于培养人的创新能力和对科学技术的热爱情怀;创新因子引领着科学理性的方向和宗旨。中国文化软实力的提升应以科学理性为轴心,人文特质为滋养,原始创新因子为动力,来构建科技文化,以消解科技役人的异化现象,并循着科技发展的后现代主义路径,引导科学技术及科技工作者健康和谐地可持续发展。
