| 摘 要： | 针对快捷的网络交流对高校学报传统的办刊模式产生的冲击,提出了开放式办刊的策略,通过组建一流的国际编委会,在巩固校内优秀稿源的基础上,吸纳校外乃至国际上优秀的稿源,扩大学报在国内外的影响力。同时,采取办专业化期刊,策划精品栏目和重点专题,出版专辑和国际会议论文集等灵活多样的办刊方式,来打造精品期刊。
