康德的道德形而上学是一个一致的概念,它分为先验的部分和学说的部分;其中,前者确立自由及其原则,后者是以之为基础对作为人的义务的考察。在作为人的义务的学说中,涉及到一般的人性问题,但这种人性是先天的;同时,由于道德形而上学是在实践的领域,涉及到在实践上的运用,所以里面有着经验性的内容,不过这并不损害其概念的一致性。
