| 摘 要： | 效率与公平关系问题不仅是一个经济学问题,也是一个关于发展的哲学价值观问题,只有在哲学价值观视域下才能把二者限定在一定范围内,从而实现二者的统一。效率以生产力的解放和提高为界限,公平以人的解放和全面发展为界限,二者统一于制度不断创新的历史过程中。马克思的唯物史观和剩余价值论就是从效率与公平关系的制度建构来实现其哲学革命的。
