浅论农业产业化与发展农产品加工业

大力发展农产品加工业是增加农业竞争力 ,促进农业结构调整向纵深发展的迫切需要 ,是推进农业产业化的枢纽工程。农产品加工是农业产业化的先导和中心环节 ;是实现农业产业化延伸增值的关键 ,将引导农业结构趋向合理 ;是农业产业运行、发展的重要组织栽体和依托。西部地区应该紧紧抓住加入世贸组织和西部大开发的大好机遇 ,通过思路创新、制度创新、科技创新和市场创新 ,加大农产品加工业发展力度 ,带动农业产业化进一步发展。

In China, the development of agro products processing is very essential for the improving of agricultural competition power and the restructuring of agricultural industry. Agro product processing is the leading factor in agricultural industrialization and could improve the value of agricultural industrialization. It can be helpful for the rational development of agricultural restructuring. The agro processing enterprises are the curriers and indispensable parts for the smooth running of agricultural industry. The west regions in China should make full use of the opportunities in WTO entry and the large scale development of the west, by innovating agricultural concepts, systems and markets, enhance the power in the development of agro product processing industry to promote the further development of agricultural industrialization.
