| Abstract: | This paper,starting with the economic and political changes at home and abroad resulted from economic globalization,analyzes the influences of economic globalization on aspects of the constitution including sovereignty,human rights,relationships between constitution and government,and between international and domestic laws.It then probes into the future development of the constitution as a result of economic globalization,from the perspective of the new concepts and measures in constitutional theories and practice of various countries. |
