建国40年来西部民族地区自然灾害的初步研究

西部民族地区是我国生态环境十分脆弱的地区,又是自然灾害较多的地区,在诸多自然灾害中,旱灾和雪灾对西部民族地区影响最大,并呈现出一定的发生规律。自然灾害对社会的影响,随着社会对自然灾害的抵御能力的逐渐增强而呈弱化,但是这种影响始终存在,并造成一定的财产和生命损失。加强区域间的合作研究和防治,提高农牧生产中的科技含量,保护西部地区的生态环境,是防治自然灾害的重要措施。

Preliminary Study on the Natural Calamity in the West Nationalities Area in the 40 Years since the Founding of the PRC

West nationalities area is our country ecological environment extremely frail area,also is natural calamitymany areas.In many natural calamities,the drought and the snow calamity is biggest to the west multi-national area influence,and presents certain rule.The natural calamityto the society the influence exists throughout and creates certain property and the life loss.Strengthens the cooperation between the region to study and to prevent and control,enhances in the farming and animal husbandry production the technology content,protects the western area ecological environment,is the preventing and controlling natural calamityimportant measure.
