| 摘 要： | 海派文化是多种地域的不同文化融合而成的文化形态，它构筑了上海城市文化的重要内容。城市文化建设的核心是培育和践行社会主义核心价值观，海派文化与社会主义核心价值观存在高度契合。海派文化的核心价值诸如自由意识和创新精神、规则意识和法治精神、爱国精神和敬业精神等仍然需要传承。对待海派文化要创新发展，不忘本来；取长补短，吸收外来；以人为本，面向未来。

| Abstract: | Shanghai culture is the most heterogeneous regional culture.It contains the important content of local culture.The core of urban cultural construction is to cultivate and practice socialist core values.Shanghai culture is highly compatible with socialism core values which still need to be inherited,such as freedom consciousness and innovation spirit,rule consciousness and the spirit of rule of law,patriotism and dedication spirit.As for Shanghai culture,we should be innovative stick to its origin,learn from other advanced culture and absorb their merits,be oriented for people as well as future. |
