摘    要:乡村教育振兴是实现乡村振兴战略的重要突破口。当前,层化现象严重、信息化程度不高、优质师资匮乏、乡土意识薄弱等问题制约着乡村教育的进一步发展。新时代乡村教育振兴需要遵循系统性、开放性、统整性原则,选择科学合理的发展路径,坚持梯次发展策略以解决乡村教育的层化差异,推动现代信息技术应用以支撑乡村教育的跨越式发展,选择多样化发展路径以解决乡村教育资源不充分的现实问题,构建产业经济与教育发展共生机制以破解乡村教育的效益难题,构建乡村文化发展体系以重塑乡村教育文化自信。

Abstract:Rural education revitalization is an important breakthrough to achieve rural revitalization.By analyzing the rural education problems in the new era, it is found that the further development of rural education is restricted by severe stratification, low degree of informatization, lack of teacher staff, and weak rural consciousness. The revitalization of rural education requires new solutions. The paper believes that a reasonable way to revitalize rural education in the new era lies in adhering to the principle of systematicity, openness and integration and the hierarchical development strategy should be explored to resolve the stratified difference of rural education;the application of modern information technology to be expanded and the leapfrog development of rural education gain support; diversified development paths to solve the realistic problem of insufficient rural education resources; the symbiosis mechanism to be set up between industrial economy and education development to settle out the benefit knots of rural education;the rural cultural development system to be restructured and the rural education cultural confidence to be restored.
