民商法视角下我国P2P网络借贷平台中的法律问题

在我国当前的发展中，各类P2P网络借贷平台数量急剧提升，随之而来的是各类金融问题的产生，所以在我国今后的发展中，需要对这些问题进行改正，规范我国的金融市场。基于对我国P2P网络借贷平台法律依据的研究，文章指出了当前这种网络借贷平台中存在的法律问题，并在此基础上提出解决问题的措施，从而保障与借贷平台产生关联的当事人财产安全。

Legal issues in China's P2P network lending platform from the perspective of civil and Commercial Law

In the current development of our country, the number of P2P lending platforms has increased dramatically, this is followed by the emergence of various financial problems, so in the future development of our country, these problems need to be corrected in order to regulate China''s financial market. Researching on the legal basis of China''s P2P network lending platform, this paper points out the legal problems existing in the current network lending platform, and on this basis, it puts forward countermeasures so as to protect the property rights of the parties concerned with the lending platform.
