科技创新和经济增长关系的实证研究——以丹东市改革开放30年经济发展为例

改革开放30年来,丹东市经济逐年增长,综合实力有较大提高,人民生活日益改善。2007年,地区生产总值突破460亿元,预计今年将达到550亿元。但是,与省内其它城市相比,经济发展仍然比较缓慢,还存在一定的差距。应用索洛"余值法"计算科技、劳动和资本要素对经济增长的贡献份额,对丹东经济增长缓慢的原因进行了实证分析,提出增加科技投入是丹东未来经济持续快速增长的有效途径。

Relationship between Scientific and Technological Innovation and Economic Growth: a Case Study of Economic Development of Dandong City in Thirty-year Reform and Opening up

In the thirty years after the adoption of reform and opening up pulicy,the economy of Dandong City increases year by year,its comprehensive power strengthens substantially,and the people's life improves day by day.In 2007,its GDP was more than 46 billion yuan,and the value is expected to reach 55 billion yuan in 2008.Nevertheless,in comparison with other cities in the Province,its speed of economic development is slower.With Solow remainder method,the contributions of S&T,labor and capital that are basic economic elements are calculated.The reasons for a sluggish development of Dandong's economy are explored.Finally,it is proposed that to increase investment on S&T is an effective way to achieve a sustainable and fast growth of Dandong City's economy.
