团体心理辅导在大学生心理健康教育中的应用研究

近年，团体心理辅导由于能有效促进大学生的心理健康发展，越来越多地被应用于大学生心理健康教育中。为探讨团体心理辅导对大学生心理健康水平的影响，通过自行设计团体心理辅导方案，对17名大一学生开展6次团体心理辅导活动，团体心理辅导前后均采用SCL －90、“大学生活你过得快乐吗”调查问卷和团体辅导效果调查问卷，对17名学生施测。研究结果表明，较团体心理辅导前、辅导后的大学生心理健康状况有较明显的改善。因此，团体心理辅导能有效提升大学生心理健康水平，尤其能显著改善大学生的人际关系和敌对心理。

The Application of Group Psychological Guidance in Mental Health Education of College Students

Group psychological guidance has been increasingly applied in mental health education of college students in recent years because it is an effective way to promote the development of mental health of college students .This paper investigates the influence of group psychological guidance on the mental health of seventeen freshmen through six self‐designed group psychological guidance activities .Before and after each activity , such questionnaires as SAL —90 ,“Do you enjoy your campus life” and guidance effect are made to these freshmen . The results of the questionnaires reveal that mental health of these students has been remarkably improved .Thus ,it concludes that group psychological guidance is indeed an effective way to improve the mental health of college students ,especially the interpersonal relationship and hostility among them .
