Abstract:Corporate talent is the most precious resource of a multi - international company. They are the key factor for the company to be competitive in different economic environments. Therefore, it is extremely important to establish an efficient mechanism to recruit the top talent, to train the personnel, and to build the learning and communication channels within the corporation. This is the first step for Chinese companies to enter the global multi - culture business environment, and it is also the decisive step.
