| 摘 要： | 在我国民族立法领域中尚未建立听证制度,建立民族立法听证制度可以提高民族立法的质量,促进民族立法工作的规范化、民主化和科学化,同时可以增强各族群众的社会主义法律意识,充分保障各族群众的合法权益和政治上的平等地位。

| Abstract: | In the field of China's legislation,the hearing system has not been established.The establishment of the hearing system for ethnic legislation can help to improve ethnic legislation,promote the work in a regularized,democratic and scientific way,and intensify the socialist legal consciousness of the people from all ethnic groups,so as to protect their lawful rights and interests and ensure their political equality. |
