| 摘 要： | 本文论述了农村剩余劳动力转移与县域经济发展之互动性关系,即农村剩余劳动力转移对县域经济发展有推动作用,同时县域经济的发展拉动着农村剩余劳动力转移,并通过湖北省仙桃市和监利县给予了实证分析。

| Abstract: | This article discusses the interactive relationship of transfer of rural surphslabor and county economic development,that is the transfer of rural surplus labor promotes the county economic development,and the county economic development stimulates the transfer of rural surplus labor simultaneously,and gives empirical analysis of Xiantao city and Jianli county in Hubei province. |
