| 摘 要： | 文章主要从政府和企业的角度,对当前我国技术工人供求状况进行了分析。说明了我国技术工人短缺的形势,并揭示了造成我国技术工人短缺的主要原因。最后以改善企业技术工人短缺的问题为目的,提出了满足企业用工需求,促进技术工人充分就业的合理化建议。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly analyzes that the supply and requirement of the technical employees in our country at present from both government and company's view.It explains the position of the scarcity of company technical employees,and opens out the reasons.In the end,for the purpose of solving the problem of the scarcity of company technical employees,puts forward a rational proposal which can not only meet the requirement of the company but make the technical employees be employed sufficiently. |
