| Abstract: | The modern world is a society that needs rule of law,so is the international society. So studying the international rule of law has a very significant meaning,it will have a positive effect on the coordinative development of the international society. This essay explains the international rule of law from different angles and sides through analyzing the definition of the international rule of law,the relation between the international law and international rule of law,the present situation and restrictive reason of the international rule of law, evaluation of the real usefulness of international rule of law and expectation of its future usefulness,so as to make a positive effect on the present international society's rule of law. |
