| 摘 要： | 1951年5月23日中央人民政府和西藏地方政府签订<中央人民政府和西藏地方政府关于和平解放西藏办法的协议>之后,至1959年3月达赖集团武装叛乱之前,毛泽东多次致信十四世达赖,亲切关怀,表达良好的祝愿和期望;尊重达赖喇嘛在西藏地方的固有地位和权力;政治上团结争取达赖喇嘛;简略地阐明了中央对西藏的政策,是中央民族宗教政策和统战政策的生动范文.同时,从中可以了解到现流亡国外大搞"藏独"的达赖,不仅背叛了其祖国和西藏人民,也背叛了当时的政治诺言.

| Abstract: | On May 23,1951,delegates of the Central People's Government and the Tibet local government signed the Agreement on Measures for the Peaceful Liberation of Tibet.Mao Ze-dong wrote letters to the 14th Dalai Lama several times to express his good Wishes and expectations and to clarify the Central Government's policy on Tibet before the armed rebellion in Tibet by Dalai clique in March,1959,From these letters,we learned that Daliai betrayed his motherland,the Tibetan people and his political promise. |
