| 摘 要： | 文化建设是中国特色社会主义“五位一体”总体布局中的一个重要环节。文化体制改革是我国全方位改革事业的组成部分，是改革布局中的关键环节。探析此一领域中的关键问题与未来着力点，对我国的文化建设有着巨大的推动作用，并能为改革最终要实现的系统性、整体性与协同性添砖加瓦。

| Abstract: | Cultural construction is an important link in an overall approach to promoting economic ,political ,cultural ,social and ecological progress in socialism with Chinese characteristics .The cultural system reform is not only part of our all-round reform ,but also a key link in the reform plan .Exploring the key problems and the future efforts will play a great role in promoting the cultural construction in China , and will be of great benefit to the systematicness ,integrity and coordination of the reform . |
