试论明治时期天皇主义的形成及确立

日本明治政权建立之初,政局十分动荡。掌权的藩阀企图利用天皇的宗教功能以加强藩阀政府的政治权威巩固统治。而民权派攻击藩阀政权,提倡充分发挥天皇政治功能的立宪君主制。政府内部的亲皇派企图乘机复活传统,将天皇打造成道德君主。政府内部藩阀当权派、民权派、政府内部亲皇派三方博弈的结果最终走向了合流,政府当权派融合各派主张,通过颁布宪法建立了立宪君主政体,确立了集宗教、道德、宪政于一身的近代天皇主义。

On the Forming and Establishment of Mikadoism during Meiji Period

Japanese political situation was in tremendous turbulence at the beginning of Meiji government.Dominator attempted to make use of the religion power of mikado to enhance governmental authority and stability.The civil rights party was against dominator government and supported the constitutional monarchy that could fully use the political power of mikado.The party upholding the mikado wanted to relive the Confucianism and managed to shape the mikado as moral throne.Dominator merged the political opinion of the three parties and promulgated constitution to found constitutional monarchy and estiblish the morden mikadoism that combined religion,morality and constitution.
