| Abstract: | Based on the principle of management, meanings,characteristics and management of science and technology innovation team in universities and colleges were introduced in this paper.By investigating into and analyzing on the science and technology innovation teams in different universities and combining with our working experience, suggestions on the management of technological innovation teams were presented for reference. |
