| 摘 要： | 以福建为例,在分析了农村公共服务体系建设的现状与差距的基础上,认为差距产生的原因除了农村公共服务自身的公共性与无形性外,更为关键的是政府体制因素,并从城乡经济社会系统的角度,对农村就业、教育、公共卫生、社会保障以及科技信息等公共服务的体系建设提出构想。

| Abstract: | Rural public service is very important to build the new socialistic country.The author holds thinks that government system is a more pivotal factor to the gap,besides its commonality and immateriality,on the base of analyzing the situation and gap of rural public service on a case of Fujian.And then the author conceives a plan to develop service system of employment,education,public sanitation,social security,science and technology from the point of city and country economic and social system. |
