工作应激是应用心理学中应激研究的一个重要分支,它的产生不仅与各种工作应激源有关,而且也与个人特质和社会支持有关。而教师工作应激是指应激事件、工作条件与工作者特点等方面与教育活动有关的因素所引起的一系列行为表现及相应的精神状态。通过研究发现,大学教师存在一定程度的工作应激。
