论领导干部以民为本

领导干部以民为本,遵循了人类社会发展的规律,符合马克思主义唯物史现,是党的宗旨和“三个代表”思想的根本体现。领导干部必须从思想上划清以民为本与官本位的界限,树立正确的权力现,一切从人民的根本利益出发,全心全意为人民服务。如此,才能在新世纪新阶段与时俱进,与人民群众心连心,从而密切党群关系、干群关系,使党的执政基础坚如磐石。

ON THE PEOPLE-ORIENTED IDEAS

Leaders of the Chinese Communist Patry should take the people-oriented ideas in their mind, and keep to the social development rules in their actions. Furthermore, they should obey the Marxist historical materialism when they resolve problems. All the three above are the embodiment of the tenet of the Chinese Communist Party and "Three Represents Theory". Leaders must have cognizance of the difference between bureaucracy and people-oriented ideas inwardly, only in that way could they have the right understanding of power and serve people with all their hearts. Therefore, the ties of leaders and the Party with the masses could become more close, and the ruling status of the Party could become more solid.
