| 摘 要： | 特色对女子院校学报的生存和发展起着重要作用。女子院校学报特色形成的主要途径是：建立开放办刊理念和特色创新理念；学报特色的内涵取决于女子院校的特色；借助女子院校学科优势创建学报特色；特色栏目的策划和设立是学报特色的支撑：要充分发挥编辑的主体作用；要在版式和装帧设计上体现学报特色。此外，要处理好政治性与特色、内向型、综合性与特色、专业化与特色、名家名作与新人新作等四个关系。

| Abstract: | Feature has been important to the existence and development of women university's journals.The forming ways are:establish open idea and create innovation on journal;the connotation of journal's feature lies in the characteristics of women university;journal's feature should be with women university's advantages;planning and setting up distinctive column are the basis of journal's features;give full play to the mail function of editing staff;embody journal's feature in format and layout designing.Besides,four features should be well handled,that is,politics and characteristic,synthesis and feature,famous writers and new writers,specialty and peculiarity. |
