| 摘 要： | 在工科院校，青年教师是专业课讲授的主力军，是科学研究的后备军，是高等教育发展的新生力量。文章分析了当前青年专业教师工作与生活中存在的问题，并结合专业教学、科研经验与体会，提出了提高青年专业教师综合素质的几种有效方法，并予以实践。

| Abstract: | Young teachers are the main force for engineering course in engineering college, reserve force of scientific research, and new emerging forces of higher education development. This paper mainly analyses practical problems that young teachers may confront in their work and life, and considering experiences in teaching and scientific research of the authors, puts forward several effective practical measures of improving the comprehensive qualities of young teachers. |
