| 摘 要： | 政党价值观的领导力尤为重要,但是没有引起社会和学界和重视。政党领导力源自于组织领导力的共性的合理延伸,在领导力问题中凸现价值观的地位和作用是领导理论的发展使然。政党价值观的领导力,是政党通过价值观所实现的影响力。与政党领导力的其它获得形式相比,政党通过价值观方式获得的领导力具有来源的内核性、施行过程的合法性、影响力的深刻性和发挥效力的持久性等特征。与企业等其它组织价值观的领导力相比,政党价值观的领导力具有强烈的政治性。从政党领导力的来源、作用过程和效力结果来看,政党价值观是政党领导力的灵魂。
