| 摘 要： | 贫困问题是人类面临的世界性难题之一。围绕贫困理论中贫困的定义、贫困线的确定、总体贫困程度的测定以及反贫困战略及政策的选择等问题,当代中外学者的研究具有不同特色。分析比较这些研究成果,旨在促进我国反贫困实践的发展。

| Abstract: | The problem of poverty is one of many difficulties that man is facing in the world. As for the definition of poverty, the confirmation of poverty line, the determination of total poverty degree, the choice of strategies and policies in anti-poverty, scholars both at home and abroad have different features in their research. An analysis and comparison of these features will expand the practice of anti-poverty in China. |
