新形势下对大学生进行择业教育的几点思考

随着我国高等教育的规模和效益的大幅度提高,高校招生人数大量增加,大学毕业生就业难的问题已摆在我们面前,如何对大学生进行正确的择业观教育不容忽视.大学生的择业观应当随着国家毕业生就业政策的改变而改变,以适应市场经济对人才的需要.但目前一些高校对大学生择业观的教育缺少针对性和说服力,不利于大学生正确择业观的形成,给他们毕业后择业、就业带来难度.因此,高校有关部门和学生思想教育工作者应重视这一问题,注重实效,采取有效措施,改变现状,帮助大学生树立正确的择业观,以便他们在市场经济的大潮中找到自己的位置.

According to the considerable increase in the scale and result of higher education in China,we have to face the problem-it's difficult for the graduates to find jobs,which we can't ignore . We should give them correct job hunting instruction.Their job-hunting ideas should vary according to the needs of market-oriented economy.But mow some colleges are short of direct and persuasive instruction to the graduates.This can mot help them form good job-hunting ideas and even find good jobs after graduation.Therefore,some related departments and the people who are responsible for the students' ideological education should pay attention to the problem,take effective measures,change current situation,help them have correct job-hunting idea and display their abilities in spring tide of market-oriented economy.
