| 摘 要： | 我国民间投资包括企业法人投资、机构法人投资和自然人投资等。在现阶段 ,我国民间投资具有脆弱性、逐利性 ,地域性等特征。文章剖析了我国民间投资中存在的结构不合理等问题 ,并就此提出了一些政策建议。

| Abstract: | The private investments in our country are the enterprise corporation's investment, organization corporation's investment and natural personal investment, etc. At present the private investments have the problems of fragility, profit-seeking and regionally-scattered. So the investment formation is unreasonable. In this article, the author put forward some suggestions in order to promote the normal developing of the private investment in our country. |
