| 摘 要： | 多年来我国上市公司业绩平平,其形势不容乐观。应从完善激励机制、加强制度创新、规范上市公司的信息披露、健全法人治理结构、加强资产重组的力度等方面,进一步提高资产的质量和盈利能力,从而提升我国上市公司的质量。
