| 摘 要： | 教学方法直接关系到教学目的能否实现和教学效果的好坏。本文通过对礼仪课引入案例教学法的现实意义分析,进一步提出了案例教学法在礼仪课堂教学实施中应采取的步骤和注意的问题。
