| 摘 要： | 1978年以来,我国的巡视工作经历了恢复、确立、完善三个发展阶段,用实践证明了其有效性。但仍存在一些不足,这主要表现为巡视机构与其他部门的合作关系不清、巡视对象和内容模糊、没有突出查账制度、巡视工作队伍的结构不稳定、缺少有效问责的激励机制等。为进一步完善巡视工作,应准确定位巡视工作的目标与任务,完善对＂一把手＂的巡视监督制度,组建专职的巡视工作队伍,选择和创新巡视组的工作方式,并建立有效的问责制度。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the development course of the Party's inspection system,analyze its shortcomings and construe its theoretical framework.Drawbacks in the system have been pointed out and measures to improve the system proposed regarding the supervision of the chief in an organization,the building of professional inspection contingent,and the determination of its working style and accountability. |
