俄罗斯高校改革成效及对我国高教改革的启示

为了适应市场经济的需要,俄罗斯高等学校在人才培养模式、教育政策、教育体制、办学模式、教育手段等方方面面同俄罗斯的社会一样经历了剧烈的变革,积极学习与引进西方的先进教育经验、先进教育模式,逐步向国际化方向靠拢,经过十多年的改革与发展,取得了巨大的成绩,对我国高教发展有着巨大的启示,值得我们借鉴与学习。
