宋代城市新兴商业管理制度

运用文献分析法对宋代城市新兴商业管理制度进行分析。分析认为：作为社会生活的重要载体，城市在宋代得到了空前发展；开放的城市格局促进了人口的繁荣和商业的发展，同时也带来了许多新问题，集中体现在牙人、行会和伪钞3个方面；面对新形式，宋廷没有囿于传统，裹足不前，而是积极应对，因势利导，制定了一些行之有效的管理方法，并对后世产生了深远影响。

Newly-emerged management of commerce in cities of Song Dynasty

The author observed the newly-emerged management of commerce in the cities of Song Dynasty by means of documents analyasis.The paper indicates that the city,as the important carrier of social life,gained unpre-cedented development in Song Dynasty.The open pattern of city boosted the boom of population and the development of business,but at the same time brought many new problems such as Yaren,guild and stumers.The finding shows that the government of Song was not restained by traditions.On the contrary,it created a series of efficient management,which had great influence on later generations.
